Job Description

Our Project Launch Manager organizes, coordinates and oversees all coordinating details for our client projects. They are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. They monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. They are the person who has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. They seek to be sure they control risk and minimize uncertainty.


  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholdersĀ 
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and adjust as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management related experience
  • Experience managing client facing projects which require interaction with cross functional teams to execute a deliverableĀ 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices and agile processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
