Job Description

Our Network engineers are responsible for building and maintaining the day-to-day operation of computer networks that companies and organizations rely on. These networks typically include an intranet, extranet, local area network (LAN), and wide area network (WAN) The ideal candidate for this position can prioritize mission critical tasks, and coordinate the construction and expansion of our systems, so updates and other maintenance tasks don’t impact daily operations. They have a hands-on work style and are very flexible with regard to their day to day role on the team.


  • Cisco Catalyst Switches
  • Cisco ISR Routers
  • Cisco ASA Firewalls
  • Juniper EX/MX Series
  • Fortinet Firewalls
  • Ability to assess and define security and firewall policies
  • VPN Configuration/Troubleshooting (both User and B2B)
  • Vulnerability/Security scanning
  • Ubiquity Switches
  • PRTG Network Monitoring
  • Understanding of using Wireshark for troubleshooting
  • Experience with configuring and troubleshooting MPLS
  • Experience with configuring and troubleshooting routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, etc)

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in network administration
  • Network Administration/Troubleshooting
  • Ability to troubleshoot Network/VPN connectivity
  • Ability to work little supervision
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues with Remote/Work at home Agents
  • Basic Understanding of VoIP/Telephony
