Job Description

BroadPath is hiring an experienced Senior Operations Manager to work from home! The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for meeting and exceeding business objectives, and ensuring consistent achievement of all financial and operational KPIs. The Senior Operations Manager will manage remote (work-at-home) health insurance member service teams, ensuring that each projects deliverables are met by creating disciplined, organized and standardized processes. Responsibilities also include managing each project team to produce at the highest level, while focusing on meeting quality standards and schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Operations lead of the team, and for the delivery of the overall operational metrics and sales targets
  • Proactively maintain regular engagement with key client contacts in line with client expectations
  • Conduct staff performance reviews, assess needs, cost/benefit analysis and other operational strategy assessments
  • Establish a high standard for productivity, quality, customer service as well as define user guidelines
  • Manage, train, and develop staff, with emphasis on adherence to established SLA’s
  • Create, track, and analyze KPI’s to measure and consistently improve performance

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years previous experience as OM or Senior OM
  • 5+ years call center management
  • Experience managing remote teams
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience
  • Ability to travel intermittently as determined by each project
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (healthcare mgmt., business administration) or equivalent experience 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience managing health insurance member service teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams/Adobe Connect/WebEx
