BroadPath Healthcare Solutions is hiring a team of work from home Dental Customer Service Representatives that are the cornerstone of the next-level service we provide to our dental customers. In addition to helping customers understand their dental plan eligibility, plan and provider coverage, and claims and billing, our Dental Customer Service team will be able to enjoy the benefits of working from home. Dental Member/Provider Service Representatives will be receiving inbound calls from current members and potential members with inquiries which may include: benefit and eligibility information, claims and billing, dental provider information, etc.
Provide an accurate and thorough explanation of dental plan benefits, claims processes, eligibility, and enrollment
Resolve simple to complex problems for members
Responsible for responding to current or potential members in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
Associates are expected to meet established performance goals in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, adherence, and attendance
Minimum of one year of recent experience as a Dental Member Service Representative for a Dental Insurance Plan
Must have strong technical skills (Microsoft Windows, keyboarding skills, strong systems aptitude, etc.)
Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills including: the ability to effectively search for and type information on the computer, navigate through multiple windows and screens quickly, and inputting information accurately while keeping pace with the call
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
