Pharmacy Customer Service Representatives will receive inbound calls from current health insurance members responding to inquiries regarding benefit and eligibility information and prescription status. Representatives may also make outbound calls to members regarding prescription issues. Join our team of Customer Service professionals who have exceptional experience and are dedicated to excellence. This position offers a great part-time schedule for training and production! Candidates must be able to commit to 25 hours per week, 10:00am-3:00pm Eastern, Monday-Friday.
