  • We proactively manage critical processes (skills assessment, training, development, monitoring, reporting, intervention) from project inception to completion

Step 4: Knowledge Transfer

  • Throughout the project, we initiate an extensive two-way knowledge transfer process
  • The goal is to identify, capture, document, and communicate key takeaways and opportunities for future process and/or service improvements
