Our Talent Attraction & Branding Specialist will partner and engage with Recruiting Leadership and key stakeholders to develop innovative sourcing and talent attraction strategies and programs aimed at ensuring that our Recruiters are always selecting from the very best talent available. Our Talent Attraction & Branding Specialist will play a key role in enhancing our inclusive culture by helping us build networks with candidates from a diverse range of backgrounds.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Talent Attraction and Brand Employment strategy is executed, managed, and in line with Company and Department initiatives 
  • Organize and lead hiring and onboarding events (Job Fairs – virtual and onsite, New Hire Mixers, biweekly non-hiring events)
  • Partner closely with recruiting and business leadership to ensure we have effective talent attraction/sourcing support and coverage on all critical roles
  • Collaborate in development of Employer Brand Items, style guide, etc. with Graphic Designer
  • Manage budgets and establish measurable objectives and success criteria, including pre-event promotions, post-mortems, and ROI analysis.
  • Aid in creation and distribution of company SWAG items 
  • Partner with Marketing and Operations for BP’s Employee Feature Friday
  • Manage and Oversee Talent Attraction and Brand Calendar, ensure calendar reflects real time initiatives
  • Audit and oversee quality of Company Job Postings
  • Collaborate in development of community outreach and engagement plans 
  • Oversee referral program and lead referral initiatives 
  • Proactively monitor social media activity including employer review sites; create summaries that identifies trends and priorities impact candidate and employee experience
  • Response to reviews according to approved response catalogue 
  • Track and document Talent Attraction budget spend in coordination with Administrator 
  • Manage and maintain vendor relationships and contracts in collaboration with Manager
  • Track weekly, monthly, annual spend 
  • Capture ROI of positing and go to market initiatives 

Basic Qualifications

  • Working experience with Employment Brand initiatives
  • Working experience with Talent Attraction initiatives
  • Comfortable/Confident speaking in small, large, and virtual audience settings 
  • Comfortable/Confident to lead small and large group presentations virtually or onsite 
  • Comfortable with leading speaking engagements in small, large, and virtual audience settings 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
