Investigate and resolve broker questions related to, but not limited to Plan Benefit Offerings, Doctors, Hospitals, and other Providers in Network. Apply today!

Responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge of Health Plans and Business Processes
  • Investigate and resolve broker questions related to, but not limited to Plan Benefit Offerings, Doctors, Hospitals, and other Providers in Network
  • Respond to Broker calls on the Broker Services Line queue, as well as responding to emails and voicemails from brokers seeking assistance
  • Resolve Broker issues by researching causes and working with the Health Plan Operations Team
  • Exercise discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests
  • Interpret and adap procedures, processes, and techniques in a dynamic fast-paced environment!

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years Customer Service experience 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Strong Data Entry skills 
  • Strong and Consistent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Must be detail oriented and able to work independently in a fast-changing environment
  • Strong understanding of Medicare and general Healthcare Operations 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish
